Exciting news for students and parents alike! Camp Monroe is thrilled to announce that registration is now open for its 2024 educational camping excursion for Monday, June 5th, to Wednesday, June 7th, 2024. This extraordinary opportunity promises three days and two nights of enriching experiences amidst the natural wonders of Lassen Volcanic National Park, Lassen National Forest, and other captivating sites, all located approximately 175 miles (3 1/2 hours) N/NE of Walnut Creek and Concord.
Camp Monroe offers a unique blend of adventure, learning, and camaraderie, making it the ultimate enrichment experience for students. With a focus on science, education, and teamwork, participants can look forward to a variety of engaging activities and experiences tailored to complement the topics covered in 6th grade Earth Science and 7th grade Life Science classes.

Student-Selected Cabin Groups

Private Charter Bus Transportation
Transportation to and from the campsite will be provided via private charter buses, ensuring a safe and convenient journey for all participants.
3 Square Meals a Day
