Due to the set administrative costs of planning each trip, a $50 fee will apply and be subtracted from any refund up to 30 days before the trip. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice of the scheduled trip incur a $75 charge to be subtracted from the refund. Your son or daughter needs to arrive on Monday morning by 6:45 AM sharp. Please make every effort be on time. The bus rolls at 7:30 sharp!
On the eve of return, you must be prepared to pick up your child at 6:00PM. Please make every effort to be on time. *Because time may fluctuate due to traffic conditions, students will update you en route. A child care fee of $20 is charged for the first 20 minutes, and each subsequent 20 minutes that a child waits.
