We are pleased to announce that our 2022 June excursion has been filled.
With 40 students, 4 chaperones, and 2 teachers—the bus is full and ready for the fun learning adventure to begin. Camp Monroe: The Lassen Experience is scheduled for June 6th to June 8th, and the educational camp activities include cabin accommodations on Lake McCumber, Lassen’s Sulfur Works, *Snow Summit & Devastated Area, Subway Lava Tube, Spatter-Cone Trail, Coleman National Fish Hatchery, Hat Creek Radio Observatory, Burney Falls, Shasta Caverns and Dam, Turtle Bay Exploration Park, and more!
Over the last 20 years, Mr. Monroe has worked diligently to keep costs low while ensuring that a safe and accommodating environment of exploration and learning is enjoyed by all who attend. All of those working in support of Monroe Science Educational Services and the Camp Monroe team wish to express their gratitude for all of the parents and students who joined up to make this trip happen.
